"Christmas is my very most favorite time of year!
This may have something to do with my birthday being on
Christmas Eve, and remembering all of those wonderful
family Christmas parties I enjoyed as a child. I'd like
to think that I am carrying on some of those traditions
by offering a special dinner menu during the holidays.

start the evening off with my own homemade hot wassail
by the fire, a delicious blend of cinnamon, cloves,
allspice berries, oranges and apple juice.
"While you are waiting for all of the guests
to arrive, feel free to try my shrimp platter appetizer
with Christmas crackers. Mixed with seafood cocktail
sauce, cream cheese, Mozzarella cheese, chopped
green peppers, onion and tomatoes, specially designed
to bring out the holiday spirit in everyone. |

Prime Rib or Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, followed
with Christmas Raspberry Crunch or Plum Pudding for
